Refund Policy

30-day no-questions refund. If Bespoke Grants isn't a fit within 30 days of your first paid charge, email support@bespokegrants.ai with your account email and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no exit interview, no friction.

How it works

Time window. Your refund window starts on the day Stripe successfully charges your card for the first time. The free preview does not require a payment method and does not start this window.
How to request. Email support@bespokegrants.ai from the email address on your account. Tell us "refund" and your account email — that's it. You don't need to explain why.
Turnaround. We process refund requests within 2 business days. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5-10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
What we refund. 100% of your most recent charge. For monthly plans, that's the most recent month. For an existing annual subscription, that's the full annual fee.
Cancellation vs. refund. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your billing period. A refund returns money you've already paid. You can do either or both.

After 30 days

Past the 30-day window, we don't offer refunds for partial months on monthly plans. For existing annual subscriptions, we'll consider prorated refunds case-by-case if you reach out — email us and tell us what's going on.

Free preview and existing subscriptions

The free preview includes one successful personalized search with three readable matches, without a credit card. New All access subscriptions are $19/month, billed monthly, and do not include a paid trial. If you already have a subscription or trial, your agreed billing cycle and trial terms remain in place. Cancel an existing trial before its agreed end date to avoid the scheduled first charge.

Why this exists

Bespoke Grants surfaces foundation funders from public IRS filings. The data is real, but it's a fast-moving corpus, and individual records can be wrong, stale, or unhelpful for your specific mission. We'd rather refund you and learn what went wrong than have you stuck paying for something that doesn't fit. Email us — we read every refund request.
