Refund Policy

How it works
- Time window. Your refund window starts on the day Stripe successfully charges your card for the first time (the day after your 14-day free trial ends, unless you upgraded to annual mid-trial).
- How to request. Email support@bespokegrants.ai from the email address on your account. Tell us "refund" and your account email — that's it. You don't need to explain why.
- Turnaround. We process refund requests within 2 business days. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5-10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
- What we refund. 100% of your most recent charge. For monthly plans, that's the most recent month. For annual plans, that's the full annual fee.
- Cancellation vs. refund. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your billing period. A refund returns money you've already paid. You can do either or both.
After 30 days
Past the 30-day window, we don't offer refunds for partial months on monthly plans. For annual plans, we'll consider prorated refunds case-by-case if you reach out — email us and tell us what's going on.
Trial period
Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. We collect a payment method up front and Stripe charges your card on day 15 unless you cancel. If you cancel during the trial you're never charged — and there's nothing to refund.
Why this exists
Bespoke Grants surfaces foundation funders from public IRS filings. The data is real, but it's a fast-moving corpus, and individual records can be wrong, stale, or unhelpful for your specific mission. We'd rather refund you and learn what went wrong than have you stuck paying for something that doesn't fit. Email us — we read every refund request.
