Healthy Matsu Foundation seeks proposals from experienced consultants to conduct an environmental scan and SWOT analysis related to economic mobility in the Mat-Su region. The analysis will identify barriers and facilitators to upward mobility, health, and well-being, focusing on root causes and structural factors across housing, workforce development, childcare, food security, and transportation to inform the Foundation's strategic plan and future systems-level work.
