MCAEL provides grant funding to support adult ESOL programs that offer at least 120 hours of instructional time per year. Program Grants may be used to maintain, expand, and improve the delivery of adult ESOL services, including supplementary services such as childcare and transportation support, as well as to strengthen program management and organizational capacity.
