Established by Bruce and Donna Berlage to strengthen outreach and 4-H club programs. A minimum of four $250 grants are awarded annually for service or outreach projects in which 60% of club members participate, with preference given to projects that educate the community about 4-H or help 'Make The Best Better' within the community or county.
