The Charter Foundation provides grants to qualified nonprofit organizations in support of Community & Economic Development, Human and Social Needs, Environmental Protection/Conservation/Enjoyment, and Cultural and Artistic Projects. There are two grant cycles per year (spring and fall) with deadlines of April 1 and October 1. Grant requests are submitted electronically and reviewed by a screening committee from the Foundation's Board of Directors.
