About this opportunity
The West Harlem Development Corporation (WHDC) invites 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations headquartered in Manhattan Community District 9 (MCD9) or serving at least 75% of MCD9 residents to apply for project-based funding. WHDC supports programs that protect and preserve affordable housing, promote equity in the arts, support youth and older adults, and spur economic development throughout the district. Projects must be completed during the grant term (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) and include measurable goals with diverse funding sources.
