Fall 2026 Grant Program
Offered by Metrowest Health Foundation Inc · Framingham, MA
About this opportunity
Metrowest Health Foundation issues requests for proposals in the spring and fall of each year. The Fall 2026 program supports initiatives in three priority areas: Equitable Access to Care (addressing health inequities in insurance enrollment, access to care, mental health, and vaccine access), Housing Stability (decreasing housing insecurity and increasing support services to older adults, families with children, and newly arrived immigrants), and Food Security (providing healthy, nutritious food in a culturally responsive manner and assisting residents in applying for food assistance programs). Applicants must submit a concept paper plus logic model prior to a full proposal.
