About this opportunity
The NC REALTORS® Housing Foundation awards Matching Grants to qualifying housing nonprofits that partner with a local REALTOR® Association in their community. A local association invests in a community-based nonprofit and recommends it for a Matching Grant, which the Foundation then matches to deepen REALTOR® involvement. Matching grants have enabled repairs for elderly homeowners, made homes handicapped-accessible, and facilitated affordable housing opportunities.
