About this opportunity
The PCD offers grants between $5,000 and $30,000 for new and existing small businesses in Madison County. Eligible businesses must have five or fewer employees, complete an approved small business basics course if awarded, contribute at least 10% owner equity, and be able to complete their project by May 2027. This program is made possible through NYS CDBG Microenterprise funding and is subject to certain income requirements.
