The Job Creation Fund awards eligible employers $10,000 to $12,000 per new job created when they create a minimum of 5 new jobs, with a maximum total award of $500,000 per company. Jobs must be newly created (not filling existing vacancies), pay an annual salary of at least $100,000, be full-time and permanent, and be based in Montgomery County.
