A 24-month, $80,000 funding opportunity designed to foster early career development of EMS physicians who demonstrate aptitude and potential as future EMS leaders. This award provides support for a supervised career development experience in Emergency Medical Services to support the transition from EMS fellow to independent EMS physician at an academic institution and/or health system with involvement in ground or air medical EMS systems.
