About this opportunity
Neighborhood Grants are designed for small-scale, community-initiated park improvements. These funds enable Park Adopters to make small but important improvements to local parks they care about. Applicants must have an approved Community Activated Park Project (CAPP) form on file with the Parks and Recreation Department and confirmed eligibility with APF staff.
