COCIC serves as the lead entity for Franklin County and is collecting project submissions for the Ohio Department of Development's Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program. The program provides grants for the demolition of commercial and residential buildings and revitalization of surrounding properties. Eligible projects must be blighted and vacant/abandoned structures (brownfield sites are not eligible).
