About this opportunity
Area 4 Agency on Aging seeks organizations to provide Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) services under the federal Older Americans Act. This program must serve all nine counties: El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba Counties. A Letter of Interest and participation in the mandatory Bidders' Conference are required to be eligible.
