The Health Foundation of South Florida invites organizations with ideas that align with the foundation's mission and grantmaking goals to submit a Request Inquiry Form through the GOapply Grants Portal. Organizations that meet funding criteria may be invited to proceed to the co-development phase and submit a full proposal, which will be evaluated by HFSF staff and presented to the Board of Directors for final funding decisions.
