IAPT's Research Grants support research in systematics, nomenclature, and floristics of algae, fungi, and plants. Awards should preferably be used for supporting travel to institutions, herbaria, laboratory investigations, or fieldwork, with particular encouragement for travel to visit major herbarium collections and interactions with specialists to build taxonomic capacity.
