The Annual Tuition Fund supports tuition costs for currently incarcerated students who are Pell or non-Pell eligible, or students in programs not currently drawing on Pell funds. Awards are made on a rolling basis to current, former, or new grantees. This fund does not support tuition for formerly incarcerated students; those should apply through the Program Grant cycle.
